Brackly News: Army Stops Suicide Attack in Mir Ali, Kills 4 Terrorists

Pakistan Army successfully stopped a suicide attack in Mir Ali, North Waziristan, early Friday. Four terrorists tried to enter a military camp, but alert soldiers stopped them before they could cause damage.

One attacker drove an explosive-filled vehicle into the camp wall. Right after, three more terrorists tried to storm the camp. However, the soldiers acted quickly and shot all of them dead. Thankfully, no soldier got injured in the incident.

Interior Minister Praises Army

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi praised the quick response. He said:

“Our brave soldiers have once again protected the nation. We salute them.”

He also used the word Khawarij for the terrorists, a term the state officially uses for TTP and other militant groups.

Terror Attacks on the Rise

Terrorism has increased across KP and Balochistan, especially after the TTP ended a ceasefire in 2022. In just the last few days, Pakistan’s military has carried out major operations. These actions killed 88 terrorists in areas like North Waziristan, South Waziristan, and Bannu.

In a recent operation in Orakzai, 11 soldiers, including a lieutenant colonel and a major, embraced martyrdom. In response, forces launched a follow-up raid that killed 30 more militants.

Meanwhile, another clash in Dera Ismail Khan ended with one officer martyred and seven terrorists killed.

Tensions with Afghanistan and India

Pakistan says many terrorists are hiding in Afghanistan. The Afghan government denies this. However, the situation worsened last week when both sides exchanged fire along the border. Pakistan then launched airstrikes in Kabul and Kandahar, forcing both countries to agree to a 48-hour ceasefire.

In addition, Pakistan also blames India for funding terrorism in Balochistan. The government now calls such groups Fitna al Hindustan, a term meant to highlight foreign-backed threats.

Conclusion

This successful mission shows that Pakistan’s forces remain alert and ready. While threats continue, the courage of these soldiers gives the nation hope. With more operations like this, the fight against terrorism can move forward.
