Fecto Cement completes sale of investment property near Islamabad International Airport

Fecto Cement Limited (FECTO) announced the completion of the sale of its investment property located near Islamabad International Airport, Rawalpindi, in a filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday.

The company confirmed that the entire sale proceeds had been received, marking the full completion of the transaction. The property, situated on Airport Avenue Road, Laundi, Thalian, Rawalpindi, covers a total area of 124.625 kanals.

The Board of Directors had approved the sale during a meeting on September 25, 2025, and the decision was ratified by the company’s members at the 44th Annual General Meeting on October 27, 2025.

Fecto Cement stated that the proceeds from the sale will be used to fund prospective expansion projects and Balancing, Modernisation, and Replacement (BMR) initiatives. These efforts are expected to enhance production capacity, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen brackly newsability.

Fecto Cement Limited, incorporated in 1981, is a public limited company involved in the manufacturing and sale of Portland cement.
