Premium Textile Mills Limited has approved the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), according to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Tuesday.
The decision was taken through a circular resolution dated December 8, 2025, the company stated.
The subsidiary’s formation marks Premium Textile’s move to expand its operations beyond Pakistan as local manufacturers increasingly seek access to regional and international markets.
