Stolen high-end luxury vehicle tracked to Karachi, triggering international investigation

A high-end luxury vehicle, stolen from the United Kingdom, has been located in Karachi, triggering an international investigation involving law enforcement agencies across borders.

According to reports, the vehicle, a black Range Rover, was stolen from Harrogate, UK, on November 22, 2022, and its journey to Karachi has raised alarm, prompting action from both UK and Pakistani authorities.

British authorities requested assistance from Interpol Manchester, which formally reached out to the Sindh Police to help recover the stolen vehicle. A letter was sent to the Capital City Police Officer (South Karachi) and the SSP of the Anti-Vehicle Lifting Cell (AVLC), detailing the situation.

Initially, the vehicle was traceable through its installed tracker, and it was located briefly in Leeds. However, it soon disappeared from the radar. A new lead emerged on February 11, 2025, when the tracker pinged a location in Azam Basti, Korangi Service Road, Saddar Town, Karachi, reigniting the search for the missing vehicle.
