Head of Artificial Intelligence

Brackly AI is seeking a visionary, technically strong, and business-focused Head of Artificial Intelligence to lead the organization’s AI strategy, research, product development, and implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning, strong technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate emerging AI technologies into scalable, commercially valuable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Define and lead the company’s overall AI strategy, vision, and technology roadmap
✔ Lead the research, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions
✔ Identify emerging AI technologies, models, tools, and trends with potential business impact
✔ Oversee the development of generative AI, NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation solutions as required
✔ Work closely with product, engineering, data, and business teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services
✔ Establish technical standards, development frameworks, and best practices for AI systems
✔ Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, architectures, platforms, and technologies
✔ Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, cost-effective, and production-ready
✔ Lead initiatives involving LLMs, AI agents, RAG, model fine-tuning, and AI automation where applicable
✔ Establish processes for AI model evaluation, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement
✔ Ensure responsible and ethical development and deployment of AI systems
✔ Lead, mentor, and build high-performing AI, machine learning, and data science teams
✔ Collaborate with senior leadership to identify AI-driven business opportunities and new products
✔ Manage AI research priorities, technical resources, budgets, and project timelines
✔ Represent Brackly AI in technology events, industry discussions, partnerships, and strategic engagements
✔ Stay at the forefront of global AI developments and recommend technologies that can create competitive advantage

Requirements

✅ Minimum 8 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or a closely related field
✅ Proven experience leading AI/ML teams, research programs, or large-scale AI product initiatives
✅ Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and modern AI architectures
✅ Hands-on understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI agents, embeddings, and model optimization
✅ Strong programming knowledge, particularly Python, and familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks
✅ Experience taking AI/ML solutions from research or prototype stages into production
✅ Strong understanding of cloud AI infrastructure, MLOps, model deployment, and scalable AI systems
✅ Excellent understanding of data pipelines, model evaluation, experimentation, and performance optimization
✅ Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect AI capabilities with business objectives
✅ Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✅ Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and senior-level stakeholders
✅ Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field will be preferred
