Job Description
Brackly Group of Companies is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director & CEO in managing daily operations, schedules, communications, and travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage the MD & CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings
✔ Coordinate business travel, hotel reservations, and itineraries
✔ Handle professional email correspondence and communication
✔ Organize daily administrative and routine office tasks
✔ Prepare meeting schedules, reminders, and follow-ups
✔ Assist with business coordination and confidential matters
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in executive assistance, travel coordination, or administrative support
✅ Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)
✅ Strong email drafting and management skills
✅ Experience in hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and itinerary planning
✅ Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities
✅ Ability to travel domestically and internationally for 4–5 days per month when required
✅ Professional attitude, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
✅ Clean police record/background verification required
✅ Candidates who can easily obtain international travel visas will be preferred
✅ Availability to work full-time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and flexible during travel
