Quality Assurance Officer

Cufflers International is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-focused Quality Assurance Officer to ensure that products and processes consistently meet established quality standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong inspection, documentation, problem-solving, and quality-control skills, with the ability to identify defects and implement corrective actions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Conduct inspections and quality checks of raw materials, production processes, and finished products
✔ Ensure products meet company specifications, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards
✔ Identify, document, and report defects, non-conformities, and quality issues
✔ Perform regular quality audits and inspections throughout the production process
✔ Coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues
✔ Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up on their implementation
✔ Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, checklists, and documentation
✔ Analyze recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements
✔ Support the development and implementation of quality-control procedures and standards
✔ Conduct sampling and testing according to approved inspection procedures
✔ Ensure compliance with internal quality policies, customer specifications, and relevant industry standards
✔ Assist in investigating customer complaints and determining root causes
✔ Work with suppliers and internal teams to address material and production quality concerns
✔ Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for reducing defects and improving efficiency
✔ Prepare regular quality reports and communicate significant issues to management
✔ Promote a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization

Requirements

✅ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, or a related field
✅ Strong understanding of quality inspection, testing, and control procedures
✅ Experience identifying defects, conducting inspections, and preparing quality reports
✅ Knowledge of root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies
✅ Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to read and understand product specifications, technical documents, and inspection standards
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with production teams
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation/reporting tools
✅ Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records
✅ Strong understanding of workplace quality and safety requirements
✅ Professional attitude, integrity, and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
✅ Degree or diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field will be preferred
