Product Manager

DevShorts (Development Links Solutions) is seeking a strategic, customer-focused, and highly organized Product Manager to lead product planning, development, and delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, business, and other stakeholders to define product priorities, improve user experience, and deliver products that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives
✔ Gather and analyze customer feedback, market insights, and user requirements
✔ Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories
✔ Work closely with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle
✔ Prioritize features and maintain a well-structured product backlog
✔ Create and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and release plans
✔ Coordinate product launches and ensure successful delivery of new features
✔ Monitor product performance, user engagement, and key business metrics
✔ Identify opportunities for product improvements, growth, and optimization
✔ Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
✔ Ensure products deliver an excellent user experience and solve real customer problems
✔ Communicate product progress, priorities, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and management

Requirements

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related technology role
✅ Proven experience managing digital products from concept through launch and continuous improvement
✅ Strong understanding of product development methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices
✅ Experience working closely with software development and technical teams
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
✅ Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
✅ Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric product development
✅ Experience with product analytics, user research, and performance tracking
✅ Highly organized with strong prioritization and time-management skills
✅ Strong business mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals
