Warehouse Manager

Jilito is seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and operational skills, with a proven ability to maintain accurate inventory, optimize warehouse processes, and ensure efficient movement and storage of goods.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
✔ Manage warehouse staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance
✔ Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, labeling, storage, and movement of inventory
✔ Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
✔ Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with procurement and operations teams
✔ Implement efficient warehouse layouts and storage systems to maximize space utilization
✔ Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment according to business requirements
✔ Coordinate with logistics, procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply-chain activities
✔ Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and resolve delivery or inventory discrepancies
✔ Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse activities
✔ Ensure proper handling, packaging, storage, and security of products and materials
✔ Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance and safe operation
✔ Implement measures to minimize inventory losses, damages, wastage, and operational costs
✔ Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and security standards
✔ Prepare and maintain warehouse reports, stock records, dispatch documentation, and operational KPIs
✔ Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvements to warehouse operations

Requirements

✅ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, or supply-chain operations
✅ Proven experience managing warehouse teams and day-to-day warehouse operations
✅ Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, order fulfillment, and warehouse processes
✅ Experience with ERP, warehouse management, or inventory management systems
✅ Strong understanding of receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock reconciliation procedures
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
✅ Knowledge of warehouse safety, security, and compliance procedures
✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/warehouse management software
✅ Professional attitude, accountability, and strong team-management capabilities
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred
